You’ll make honest, influencer-style clips that feel unfiltered: talk-to-camera stories, funny voiceovers, behind-the-scenes store moments, product tries and trend-driven hooks that stop thumbs mid-scroll. Beyond creating, you’ll shape Dunkin’s online personality and keep our socials playful, timely and highly shareable. Key Responsibilities: • Produce short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels from concept to publish (script, shoot, edit). • Edit confidently in CapCut — use sound sync, SFX, overlays, subtitles and trending templates. • Craft strong openings, pick trending audio, and write scroll-stopping captions. • Plan and own weekly/monthly content calendars that align with brand activations. • Manage Dunkin’ UAE social channels and engage with the audience. • Monitor trends daily and adapt them to Dunkin’s tone and campaigns. • Capture content at store activations, new openings, collaborations and events. • Track performance metrics to sharpen future content decisions. Must-Haves: • Demonstrable track record creating organic, influencer-style videos. • Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling for short formats. • Advanced CapCut skills (SFX, overlays, subtitles, timing). • Solid understanding of hooks, retention tactics and trend timing. • Experience managing content calendars and writing engaging captions. • Energetic Gen Z sensibility, humor and on-screen instincts. • Portfolio with TikTok/Reels links — applications without video links will not be considered.
