We’re Hiring: PPC Specialist Ads Manager (Ecommerce) Location: On-site | Type: Full-Time | Team: Marketing Are you a paid media strategist who thrives on building campaigns that convert and scaling ecommerce growth? We’re looking for a PPC Specialist who can plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. This is an on-site role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and get direct exposure to international clients and global ecommerce brands. You’ll be responsible for translating data into strategy, optimizing campaigns to hit revenue goals, and driving measurable impact across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing Strategy & Planning: Develop full-funnel PPC strategies aligned with ecommerce objectives such as acquisition, retargeting, and lifetime value. Campaign Execution: Conduct keyword research, write conversion-optimized ad copy, and launch campaigns on Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate. Adjust bids, refine targeting, and run A/B tests to boost results. Data Analysis & Reporting: Turn campaign performance data into insights. Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to internal teams and international clients. Ecommerce Integration: Work with product feeds, dynamic ads, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce to drive sales, not just traffic. Team Collaboration: Partner with SEO, design, content, and CRO teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with campaign goals.

What You Bring 2+ years managing PPC campaigns, preferably in ecommerce Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Shopping/Merchant Center Experience with ecommerce CMS platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, CAPI) and tracking integrations Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global clients

Nice to Have Experience working with DTC brands or international ecommerce businesses Familiarity with Performance Max, TikTok Ads, or Meta Advantage+ campaigns Solid creative instincts and ad copywriting skills
