Job Description We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing strategies, optimizing digital presence, and executing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign concepts
Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
Analyze social media insights and optimize for better engagement
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization
Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities
Monitor rankings and implement strategies to improve website visibility
Work with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content
3. Paid Advertising (Google & Social Ads)
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost-per-lead
Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance tracking
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
4. Content & Creative Coordination
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers
Ensure brand consistency in all content & creatives
Generate ideas for reels, posts, and digital campaigns
5. Email & Automation Marketing
Create email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences
Monitor campaign performance and optimize open and click-through rates
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools
Provide clear insights, dashboards, and reports for clients
Recommend strategic improvements based on data
