Project Manager Job
I didn’t post last week - not because I was bitter about the Caps losing (promise 😅)… I was just genuinely busy. But after this weekend’s result, it felt like the right time to jump back in.
The UC Capitals’ season so far has been a real reflection of sport (and business): momentum shifts, tough losses, gritty comebacks, and flashes of brilliance that remind you why you’re invested in the first place. And wow, what a reminder we got against Geelong Venom this weekend. That Nicole Munger magic ✨ was something else. Composed, clinical, and exactly what the moment called for.
Again, it got me thinking about the parallels with the Canberra IT contracting market this year. We’ve seen: • Slowdowns that tested confidence • Surges of demand that came out of nowhere • Projects pausing, restarting, reshaping • And talent stepping up when it really counts
Just like the Caps, the market hasn’t been linear, but the opportunities are absolutely there for those staying match-fit, focused, and ready to move when the opening appears.
Which leads me nicely to what we’re working on right now at Talent 👇 • ServiceNow Developer • IT Architect • Security Systems Engineer • Cyber Project Manager • Cyber System Analyst • Business Analyst • UX Designer
If any of these sound like your next play - or someone in your network's - let's talk.
Here’s to backing the bounce-back. 💙🏀💻
