TCS is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Italian Interpreter to join our team in Karachi.

Position: Italian Interpreter Location: Karachi

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Customer Service / Interpretation preferred) Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Language Requirement: Proficiency in Italian & English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate Italian-to-English and English-to-Italian interpretation. Assist clients with visa-related queries and documentation support. Manage customer interactions professionally via calls, emails, and in-person communication. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of cases. Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of client information. Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication in Italian Customer service orientation Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and punctuality
