The Role: Social Media Marketing Manager As our Social Media Marketing Manager, youll be the driving force behind our clients brand strategies, content direction, and online presence. Youll develop cutting-edge social media strategies, create compelling content, and build strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success. What Youll Do Develop brand strategies and creative concepts that set brands apart Oversee and execute content creation - from visuals to copywriting and storytelling Manage end-to-end social media marketing, including content calendars, posting, engagement, and analytics Identify weaknesses in a brands social media presence and offer innovative solutions to drive engagement and growth Work closely with clients, building strong, trust based relationships while guiding them through strategic decisions Monitor and anticipate social media trends - and create original ones Collaborate with our videographers, photographers, and designers to create top tier content Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact Who You Are A creative thinker who sees beyond trends and creates them A relationship builder - personable, likeable, and skilled at handling clients A brand visionary who can develop strong narratives and content strategies Data driven - able to interpret analytics and optimize performance A social media expert with deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook A problem solver who can spot weaknesses in a business and offer strategies to fix them What You Need to Succeed 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, and content creation Proven track record of building successful brand strategies and social media trends Hands on experience with content production, copywriting, and analytics tools A portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and brand transformations Strong understanding of paid and organic social media marketing Experience in managing multiple clients across different industries Whats in It for You A creative and collaborative work environment Work with exciting brands and industries Opportunity to lead and innovate within a fast growing agency Competitive salary Career growth opportunities Location Dubai, UAE Employment Type Full time Job Type Full time Thanks Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
