About the Role We are looking for a Technical Writer (Software) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll transform complex product knowledge into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation that empowers our customers.

What You’ll Do ✅ Research, structure, and modularize product knowledge independently ✅ Create, optimize, and update user documentation for different target groups ✅ Independently create and edit vector-based screenshots and visuals ✅ Ensure compliance with internal standards and documentation norms ✅ Lead small documentation projects from start to finish ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

What We’re Looking For 🎓 Degree in Technical Communication / Technical Writing (or equivalent) 📝 Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical writing (preferred) 💻 Basic knowledge of XML-based editing systems & software programming (C++/C#) 🌍 Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); additional languages a plus 📊 Strong analytical, structured, and systematic approach to work 🤝 Team player with great communication skills and ability to work independently 🌐 Experience in agile software development is a plus Soft Skills That Set You Apart ✔️ Customer-focused and proactive ✔️ Structured, well-organized, and detail-oriented ✔️ Creative, results-driven, and resilient ✔️ Strong collaboration & intercultural communication skills
