Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers. Proactively identify documentation needs and propose solutions. Create clear, concise, and visually appealing content. Conduct research, interviews, and analysis. Edit/review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Ensure documentation aligns with product strategy and goals. Requirements (Essential): 8+ years technical writing experience in product development. Portfolio with documentation samples. Strong understanding of documentation principles and best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.). Familiarity with Agile development. Preferred: Cross-functional collaboration experience. Worked with PLM Team Center. Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS. Certification in technical communication (STC, CTC).
