Skills needed:

● Native or fluent in both German and Romanian, with excellent writing skills and a strong grasp of professional/technical tone

● Experience in translation, technical writing, or project coordination (preferably in engineering, architecture, telecom, or construction)

● Strong organisational mindset and desire to create structure, not just follow it

● Ability to take initiative and lead documentation tasks with confidence and clarity

● Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF editing, and collaborative tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence

● Naturally positive, proactive, and open to feedback and collaboration

● Willingness and ability to travel to Germany 1-3 times per year for training and team alignment

● A passion for clarity, consistency, and being a bridge between teams, cultures, and workflows
