𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: We are looking for a skilled Technical Proposal Writer (Bidding Specialist) to join our team and help us acquire global clients through competitive proposals and tender submissions. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Research, identify, and evaluate international RFPs, tenders, and projects from global bidding portals. Analyze client requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and ensure compliance with RFP/Tender guidelines. Draft compelling technical and financial proposals for AI, software development, and IT-related projects. Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to gather accurate project details, scope, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain and update proposal templates, case studies, and company profiles for consistent branding. Track bid submissions, follow up with prospects, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities. Conduct market research to identify new global business opportunities. Prepare presentations, capability statements, and supporting documents for client acquisition.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in technical proposal writing and bidding for IT/AI/software development projects. Strong understanding of RFP processes, global tenders, and freelance platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly proposals. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and proposal management tools. Strong attention to detail, research, and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Prior experience in AI/ML, Data Science, SaaS, or IT services proposals. Knowledge of international contracting terms and compliance requirements.
