🚀 We’re hiring: Technical Content Writer – Bengaluru (Full-time)

At Matters.ai, we’re building an AI-native data security platform that thinks like your sharpest security engineer - seeing where sensitive data lives, understanding its meaning, and stopping misuse in real time. In short: we protect what matters.

We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer who can own the editorial engine that educates CISOs, enables sales, and fuels demand. This role is perfect if you love turning complex security concepts into clear, credible narratives.

🔹 What you’ll do: Publish long-form & mid-form content: whitepapers, POV essays, blogs, field notes, solution briefs. Ghostwrite for founders, craft sales enablement assets, and support product documentation. Research trends (SaaS exfiltration, cloud exposure, AI data risks) and propose story angles. Partner with design & SEO to maximize reach and impact.

🔹 Must-haves: 4+ years of B2B tech writing experience with a strong portfolio (blogs, briefs, whitepapers). Security-literate storytelling: ability to explain DLP vs DSPM vs DDR in plain English. Working knowledge of cloud & SaaS (AWS S3, IAM, M365/Google Workspace). Editorial discipline: structured outlines, fact-checking, SME interviews, clean revisions.

🔹 Nice-to-haves: Experience with security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR). Familiarity with AI/LLM data risks and SaaS connector vulnerabilities. Published bylines in security/enterprise tech outlets.
