~ Sr. Email Marketing Executive Plan and execute high-performing email campaigns, optimize deliverability, and analyze performance to drive engagement and conversions.

~ Social Media Executive Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms, increase brand visibility, and track performance metrics.

~ Sr. Content Writer Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

~ Quality Coach Monitor and evaluate processes, provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

~ Quality Analyst Responsible for call and data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in deliverables.

~ MIS Executive Manage, analyze, and report data efficiently, providing insights that support strategic decision-making. ~ Research Analyst (Voice Verification – VV) Verify business and contact details over calls, ensuring accuracy and maintaining data quality standards. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Work Schedule & Location Shift Timing: US Shift– aligned with client and project needs. Location: Onsite, Monday to Friday – Kharadi, Pune office
