🚑 We’re Hiring: Medical Interpretation Assistant 📍 Location: Gurgaon 🕒 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Are you fluent in Japanese and English and passionate about helping others?

NAVIS HR is looking for a Medical Interpretation Assistant to support Japanese patients during their hospital visits and ensure a smooth healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do: 🔹 Provide accurate in-person Japanese–English interpretation during hospital and clinic visits 🔹 Help patients understand diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical instructions 🔹 Coordinate appointments, tests, and follow-ups with healthcare providers 🔹 Assist with billing, documentation, and collection of medical reports 🔹 Be a cultural bridge to make patients feel comfortable and respected 🔹 Respond to emergency calls and support patients outside regular working hours if needed

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Excellent fluency in Japanese & English (local language is a plus) ✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills ✅ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism ✅ Willingness to travel within Gurgaon for hospital/clinic visits ✅ Prior experience in medical interpretation or healthcare is a bonus
