🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Data Scientist (AI Agents / LLMs / NLP) 📍 Location: Woodland Hills, California (Onsite)

🌟 What You’ll Do As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the design and development of advanced multi-agent AI systems that power healthcare platforms. Your work will focus on building context-aware, interoperable, and self-improving AI agents to streamline operations across clinical, administrative, and benefits workflows. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols for autonomous collaboration. Architecting Model Context Protocol (MCP) pipelines to enable memory-augmented, multi-turn LLM interactions. Building intelligent multi-agent systems for benefit processing, prior authorizations, clinical summarization, and member engagement. Fine-tuning domain-specific LLMs and NLP models (e.g., BioGPT, medical BERT) for healthcare tasks. Developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for structured (FHIR/ICD-10) and unstructured (EHR, chat logs) data. Collaborating with engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and regulation-compliant pipelines (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA). Leading research in RLHF, contextual memory, and AI task planning. Driving production deployment through robust MLOps pipelines.

🛠 Tech Stack AI/ML: Transformers, Hugging Face, PyTorch, LangChain, spaCy Agent Frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI Protocols: A2A, Model Context Protocols (MCP) Data: VectorDB, RAG, FHIR, HL7, ICD/CPT, X12 EDI Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD

✅ We’re Looking For Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field. Experience: 7+ years in applied AI with a focus on LLMs, transformers, NLP, or multi-agent frameworks in healthcare.

Skills: Hands-on with A2A protocols and MCP implementations. Strong coding in Python with ML/NLP libraries. Familiarity with healthcare systems and standards (claims, eligibility, FHIR, HL7). Proven ability to design and deploy cloud-native ML solutions.
