š¹ Open Positions 1. Sales Manager - Lead sales activities and customer development. - Drive business growth in the heavy equipment sector.
Requirements: - Proven experience in Sales Management (preferably in heavy equipment / industrial field). - Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. - Fluent in English.
2. Service Manager - Oversee after-sales service operations and ensure service quality. - Manage service team and customer technical support.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in service management. - Strong technical background in heavy equipment. - Fluent in English.
3. HR Supervisor - Manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, KPI, and HR administration. - Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. - Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent in English & Mandarin.
4. Finance Supervisor - Handle daily finance and accounting operations. - Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Fluent in English & Mandarin.
5. Translator - Provide interpretation/translation support between Mandarin and Indonesian. - Drive and support expatriates for work assignments.
Requirements: - Male preferred. - Valid driving license (SIM A). - Fluent in Mandarin & English. - Willing to travel.
