Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge NLP algorithms and models. - Lead projects involving text analysis, language modeling, sentiment analysis, and information extraction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into products and services. -Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and deep learning. -Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications: -Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in natural language processing and deep learning. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models. -Experience with text processing, feature extraction, and classification. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with real-time NLP applications. - Knowledge of transformer models and sequence-to-sequence architectures. -Familiarity with cloud platforms for Machine learning (e.g. Microsoft Azure ML Studio) and deployment of machine learning models.
