Job Title : Social Media Strategist

Location : Calicut

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to strengthen our online presence, drive engagement, and generate measurable results across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and oversee social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to optimize content and engagement. Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality campaigns. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI). Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Build and maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role (minimum 1.5 years). Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid media campaigns. Creative thinker with excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
