Job Title: Interpreter (Audio Call Translation)

OTM is hiring an Interpreter (Audio Call Translation) for one of the global leaders in customer experience management and business process outsourcing (BPO) in the UAE.

Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 5,000 (Gross) Shifts: Rotational, 9 hrs/day (24/7 operations) Days Off: 2 rotational days/week

Job Summary: Join our team as an Audio Call Interpreter, facilitating real-time conversations across various sectors—healthcare, emergency, legal, and more. Ensure accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate communication.

Key Responsibilities: * Interpret live audio calls. * Ensure accurate, confidential communication * Log calls and follow company guidelines * Support both inbound & outbound calls

Requirements: * Based in the UAE * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) * Fluent in English (C1) + Pashto or Turkish (C1) * Strong communication, memory, and problem-solving skills * Flexible with shifts (24/7 rotation) * Customer service experience is a plus
