Job Details: 📍 Location: Onsite, P.E.C.H.S Block 2 ⏰ Shift:Full-time, Evening (Contract-based, 15 days) 📂 Department: Media

Key Responsibilities: 🎙️ Research, script, and present podcast content tailored to our audience and brand tone. 🤝 Host or co-host episodes with clarity, charisma, and professionalism. 🎤 Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and influencers. 🎛️ Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality audio. 📣 Work with marketing to promote episodes across digital platforms. 📅 Manage schedules and release episodes with consistency. 💬 Engage with listeners and build a loyal podcast community.

Requirements: ✔️ Proven experience as a podcaster, voice artist, or media host (portfolio or sample episodes required). ✔️ Strong storytelling and communication skills. ✔️ Comfortable speaking on mic and interacting with diverse guests. ✔️ Basic knowledge of podcast editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand) is a plus. ✔️ Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.). ✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills. ✔️ Creative mindset with fresh content ideas.

Nice to Have: 💡 Experience in scriptwriting or journalism. 🎛️ Background in audio editing or sound design. 📱 Social media or digital marketing skills. 🎧 Existing podcast or active online following.
