This position is for Enterprise Language Accessibility (ELA) team which  is a horizontal function responsible for servicing multilingual requirements across the corporation. We support all channels of communication and customer points of contact by working with internal partners from Capital One’s diversified lines of businesses. ELA is responsible for ensuring that the intent of the target language reflects the accuracy, consistency, compliance and cultural appropriateness of the original English version while mirroring Capital One’s voice. This position has a targeted focus in Spanish translation, and involves the following core competencies; teamwork, strong communication skills, attention to detail, collaboration and the ability to adapt to change quickly.
