Japanese Language Experts (Min. JLPT N3)

Location: Bangalore / Pan India   Salary: Based on experience and skill set   Eligibility: Open to applicants across India

JOB DETAILS   Mindtel Global is hiring Japanese Language Professionals to join their expanding team. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. Candidates will work on projects requiring Japanese communication and technical collaboration.    • Support business and technical operations requiring Japanese proficiency    • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams    • Collaborate across departments to ensure quality and accuracy in deliverables

REQUIREMENTS (FRESHERS)    • Education: B.Tech, BCA, B.Com, or B.Sc (only these degrees are eligible)    • Japanese Language Certification: JLPT N1, N2, or N3 (mandatory)    • Strong interest in language-based roles and corporate communication

REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS)    • Education: B.Tech, B.E, BCA, or B.Sc (mandatory)    • Technical Skills: Experience with Java, Python, PL/SQL, SuccessFactors, or SAP preferred    • Japanese Language Certification: JLPT N1, N2, or N3 (mandatory)

NICE TO HAVE    • Prior experience in Japanese interpretation, translation, or client communication    • Technical domain exposure in multinational environments
