Title: Technical Writer Visa: USC, GC Only Location: Manassas, Virginia Duration: 12+ Months  MIO: Skype + F2F

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer / Knowledge Specialist to join our team in Manassas, Virginia on a six-month contract. In this role, you will create, manage, and improve user-centered content that supports the adoption and usability of client’s products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical content in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: ·        Develop and maintain user-centric knowledge assets. ·        Deliver high-quality, structured content that aligns with user needs, product goals, and the customer journey. ·        Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance. ·        Ensure content development is transparent, traceable, and aligned with security and governance best practices.   Required Qualifications: ·        Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Guides and Assets. ·        Proficiency with DITA XML and structured authoring. ·        Excellent English writing and editing skills (native or near-native level). ·        Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related computing/technology field. ·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile development environment. ·        Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.   Preferred Qualifications: ·        Experience creating documentation for technical, legal, or financial products. ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and systems.    Requirements added by the job poster • 1+ years of work experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
