You’ll work on translating technical documents, software content, user manuals, product specifications, and real-time email threads, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance. 🧩 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Translate IT-related content (software interfaces, manuals, FAQs, product docs) from Japanese ↔ English 🔹 Ensure translations are technically precise and culturally adapted 🔹 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and technical writers 🔹 Proofread and maintain consistency and quality standards 🔹 Stay updated on emerging IT terminology 🔹 Support localization testing and troubleshoot language display issues 🔹 Handle all technical data with confidentiality and professionalism

💡 What We’re Looking For ✅ Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred) ✅ Strong English communication skills ✅ Experience translating technical or software documentation ✅ Willingness to learn Email Security and IT terminologies ✅ A team player with an eye for linguistic and technical detail
