This role requires translating technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Key Responsibilities: Gather information from workshops, interviews, and system documentation to understand business and technical requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, release notes, FAQs, training materials, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, administrators, and functional teams to document workflows, processes, and system configurations. Ensure documentation aligns with ITSM/ITIL best practices and organizational standards. Update and maintain a centralized repository of all technical documents. Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, or ITIL frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to understand technical processes and translate them for business audiences. Experience in creating end-user documentation and training materials.
