📍 Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 2, Bahria Town Tower, Karachi

⏰ Shift Timings: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM, Mon to Fri)

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: We’re looking for a passionate Outbound Outreach Specialist who can craft engaging LinkedIn, email, and social media campaigns that turn conversations into opportunities. If you’re analytical, results-driven, and love building relationships through smart, personalized messaging, this is the perfect role for you!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨: ✅ Plan and execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and social media ✅ Research industries and target accounts to create personalized, account-based messaging ✅ Manage and optimize multi-channel sequences using outreach tools ✅ Track campaign performance (response rate, conversion rate, etc.) and report insights ✅ Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment and consistency ✅ Continuously A/B test subject lines, messages, and cadences to improve performance

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ✅ 2–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles ✅ Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Replyio, SalesLoft, or Phantombuster ✅ Excellent written English and copywriting skills ✅ Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach best practices ✅ Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce ✅ Target-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
