Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate Location: [ Jaynagar, Bangalore] Job Type: Full-time Experience: [0-3] years Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Sales & Marketing About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for real estate and a strong grasp of digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, brand awareness, and property sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and SEO strategies. Campaign Management: Create, manage, and analyze PPC, social media, and email campaigns to maximize ROI. Website Management: Oversee content updates, SEO optimization, and landing page improvements on the company website. Content Marketing: Collaborate with designers and content writers to develop blog posts, video content, and property walkthroughs. Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with engaging content and paid promotions. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Marketing Automation: Use platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp for email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and customer segmentation. Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google, MagicBricks, 99acres, and social media. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and property teams to ensure alignment in messaging and campaign targeting. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred: Familiarity with Indian real estate portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing).
