🔹 Job Title: Technical Writer 📍 Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) 🕒 Duration: Contract Position 💻 Mode of Interview: Webcam or In-Person Interview

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably within government or technology environments. Expertise in MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or similar documentation tools. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, SnagIt, or tools used for creating visuals and annotations. Experience with Git or other version control systems (contributor or read-only level), and familiarity with documentation platforms such as GitBook. Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and general software architecture concepts. Ability to read and interpret code snippets to document technical workflows accurately.
