About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our high-energy, cross-functional teams developing important new products for our customers. This role involves partnering with technical leads to manage priorities, risks, resources, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as Program Manager on 10X teams for hardware, leading programs and projects
- →Negotiate trade-offs, determine scope, schedule, and budget
- →Ensure effective collaboration with external contract manufacturers
- →Work with global R&D and NPI teams to drive product development from concept to launch
- →Track program work, identify and resolve problems
- →Lead program communications and phase approval reviews
- →Assess and improve Program Management processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, or related life science fields
- ✓Proven experience in new product development projects as a lead project/program manager
- ✓Experience working with contract manufacturers
- ✓Success in collaborating with global development teams
- ✓Stakeholder management experience
- ✓Ability to communicate complex technical nuances
- ✓Attention to detail
- ✓Preferred Skills
- ✓Experience with fluidics, optics, and molecular biology
- ✓Experience developing new platforms from concept to operation
- ✓PMP Certification
- ✓Experience with scientific workflows and techniques
- ✓Hands-on experience with Life Sciences instrumentation
- ✓Familiarity with 10x products
