About the Role

We are looking for experienced innovation professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. This role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs on innovation and strategy topics.

Key Responsibilities

→Review and refine AI-generated outputs on innovation and strategy topics
→Evaluate responses for creativity, feasibility, business impact, and alignment with real-world innovation best practices
→Draft realistic innovation scenarios, including strategic planning, product or service development, organizational change, market disruption, and ethical considerations
→Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as innovation director, product lead, executive, or R&D manager
→Identify gaps, misunderstandings, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated content
→Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured innovation processes, strategic challenges, and the application of theoretical concepts

Requirements

✓An innovation director, strategist, or senior professional with several years of hands-on experience
✓Based in the EU or UK
✓Experienced across the innovation lifecycle: ideation, sprint planning, stakeholder management, execution, and change enablement
✓Comfortable identifying limitations in creative processes, market assessment, business modeling, or organizational strategy
✓Familiar with current innovation frameworks, transformation best practices, and ethical or governance standards
✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
✓Able to start in the coming weeks
