About the Role
We are looking for experienced notarial professionals to help improve advanced AI systems. This role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to notarial law and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and refine AI generated responses related to notarial law and procedures
- →Evaluate outputs for legal accuracy, formal validity and jurisdictional compliance
- →Draft realistic notarial scenarios across European jurisdictions
- →Assess AI reasoning around formal requirements, identification standards, capacity checks and document execution
- →Identify gaps, misinterpretations or oversimplified legal analysis
- →Create variations of the same scenario from different stakeholder perspectives
Requirements
- ✓A civil law notary, candidate notary, notarial lawyer or specialist in notarial law
- ✓Based in the EU or UK
- ✓With 5 to 10+ years of experience in notarial practice or advisory work
- ✓Experienced with corporate notarial acts, real estate transactions, estate planning instruments, authentication/legalisation procedures and cross-border matters
- ✓Familiar with EU frameworks impacting notarial work (eIDAS 2.0, cross-border digital identity, electronic signatures, AML obligations for notaries)
- ✓Comfortable identifying formal defects, procedural risks or jurisdictional inconsistencies
- ✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
