About the Role

We are looking for a freelance product designer to join our team and work with leading AI labs to improve advanced AI systems. This role involves assessing and enhancing AI-generated design content to ensure it reflects the standards and practical realities of product design.

Key Responsibilities

→Review and refine AI-generated design outputs covering user flows, interface components, interaction patterns, and visual layouts
→Evaluate outputs for usability, accessibility, and alignment with product design best practices
→Draft realistic design scenarios and product briefs reflecting real-world design problems and workflows
→Assess AI reasoning in topics such as user research, prototyping, design systems, and responsive design
→Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unrealistic assumptions in design solutions or reasoning
→Create scenario variations from different stakeholder perspectives, such as designer, product manager, user, or engineer

Requirements

✓A product designer, UX/UI designer, or interaction designer
✓Based in the EU or UK
✓With several years of experience in product, UX, or interface design
✓Experienced with modern design tools, methodologies, and best practices
✓Comfortable identifying usability issues, accessibility challenges, and design inconsistencies
✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
✓Able to start in the coming weeks
