About the Role

We are seeking skilled Quality Assurance Leads or specialists to join 10x Team as freelance AI Trainers. In this remote opportunity, you will train AI systems to accurately analyze, interpret, and simulate quality assurance scenarios, ensuring outputs reflect industry best practices and genuine business needs.

Key Responsibilities

→Review and refine AI-generated content focused on quality controls, process validation, risk assessment, and compliance
→Assess the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of AI outputs related to QA workflows and documentation
→Design and enhance realistic scenarios and case studies in quality assurance
→Generate scenario variations from perspectives such as quality managers, auditors, and operations leads
→Identify improvements or potential risks in AI-driven QA solutions
→Collaborate on developing AI-powered tools for quality analysis, reporting, and decision support

Requirements

✓Experienced Quality Assurance leads or professionals with expertise in quality management, process validation, compliance, or operational risk
✓Background in operational excellence, process improvement, or regulatory compliance
✓Skilled at reviewing technical documents for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with standards
✓Available for 8–20 hours per week and able to begin promptly
