About the Role
We are seeking freelance sales support specialists based in the EU or UK to help enhance advanced AI systems. This role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to sales support scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- →Review and refine AI-generated responses related to sales support scenarios
- →Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real-world sales processes
- →Draft realistic sales support case studies and scenarios, covering areas like lead management, CRM usage, customer engagement, order processing, and sales analytics
- →Assess AI reasoning around sales processes, client communications, objection handling, and follow-up best practices
- →Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified logic in AI outputs
- →Create scenario variations from the perspective of different sales stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓A sales support specialist or professional with several years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or CRM administration
- ✓Based in the EU or UK
- ✓Experienced with modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and industry best practices
- ✓Comfortable identifying process flaws, unrealistic assumptions, or gaps in logic
- ✓Available 8 to 20 hours per week
- ✓Able to start in the coming weeks
