About the Role

We are looking for a dApp Product Owner to lead the development of the 1inch web application. This role focuses on building a clear, reliable, and user-friendly web product that helps people interact with decentralized finance easily and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the 1inch web dApp
→Define and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
→Work closely with frontend, backend, smart contract, design, and analytics teams
→Prioritize features and improvements based on user impact, data, and strategic goals
→Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → launch → iteration
→Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and on-chain data to inform decisions
→Ensure high product quality, usability, and performance on the web
→Coordinate releases and communicate product updates internally

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager for web products
✓Strong understanding of DeFi and Web3 (DEXs, wallets, swaps, gas, blockchain UX)
✓Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
✓Ability to write clear, structured product specs and documentation
✓Data-driven mindset and experience with product analytics
✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✓Fluent English
