Job Description
Weβre looking for elite Account Executives who thrive on challenge, own outcomes, and want to be part of something category-defining.
Youβll run the full sales cycle, build pipeline from scratch, and lead conversations with senior executives at some of the most iconic enterprise brands in the world. Youβll evangelize a new way of going to market β AI-led revenue growth β and help us create the playbook for the next generation of GTM.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle β from outbound to close to expansion β across mid-market, and enterprise
- Build and manage pipeline with a focus on executive-level outreach and high-velocity execution
- Lead strategic discovery and demo calls that tie 1mind directly to measurable business outcomes
- Partner with GTM leadership to evolve our strategy, messaging, and sales motion
- Act as a credible thought leader and category evangelist for AI-led growth in the market
- Founderβs mentality: You act like an owner β proactive, resourceful, resilient and always in service of the customer and the mission
- Executive presence & evangelism: You command a room, reframe buyer thinking, and tell a story that moves people

Qualifications
- 3β7 years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership β and a strong network with C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS
- Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership matter
- Proven outbound muscle β you can build pipeline from zero
- Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Travel (up to ~30%)
This is a hands-on, in-market sales role. While weβre remote-first, being face-to-face with customers is a key lever for growth, and you should expect up to ~30% travel. Weβre building something early and ambitious, and that means showing upβon-site, at events, and wherever the opportunity isβto drive pipeline and revenue."
Employment Type: Full-time
For this role, the expected base salary range is:
United States: $125,000 β $160,000 USD (plus commission)
Canada: $172,000 CAD - $220,000 CAD (plus commission)
