About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to join our growing team at 1Password. This role involves guiding enterprise customers through their 1Password lifecycle, acting as a customer champion and advocate, and driving customer retention. You will work proactively to help customers get the most value from their security and privacy investment.

Key Responsibilities

→Guide customers through established best practices and demonstrate understanding of their structure and needs
→Act as the customer champion and advocate, helping increase awareness of customer needs and priorities
→Support customers in seeing the value of their investment with 1Password and drive towards their adoption goals
→Develop and execute Enterprise Success Plans aligned to customer business outcomes
→Drive adoption at scale across large organizations and identify gaps
→Leverage CRM and Customer Success platforms to manage account health and forecast retention

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience managing Enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology Customer Success role
✓Professional fluency in German and English
✓Proven success driving net revenue retention, including renewal strategy and risk mitigation
✓Strong executive presence with experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
✓Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and engage C-level decision-makers
✓Experience developing and executing Enterprise Success Plans
✓Skilled at driving adoption at scale across large organizations
✓Operationally strong with experience leveraging CRM and Customer Success platforms
