About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Product Security Team at 1Password. This role focuses on implementing new security features across our applications and building libraries to share common security-critical code.

Key Responsibilities

→Implement new security features for the next generation of 1Password and develop secure libraries to share common security-critical code
→Assist in security design efforts by identifying major tasks and planning work
→Demonstrate leadership in security development and act as a trusted point of contact
→Code, test, debug, deliver and maintain production software systems
→Collaborate with various teams across our hybrid core architecture
→Mentor junior and new team members
→Review code for others to maintain high code quality
→Stay informed about the latest industry trends in security development

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in software development with a security angle
✓4+ years of hands-on experience with Windows security development
✓Experience with Rust development and creating FFI interfaces
✓Familiarity with TPM and HSM functionality
✓Strong understanding of security domain including cryptography, network security, application security
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Knowledge of and practical experience with Agentic AI Model capabilities
