Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Product Designer you’ll help lead the design of 0 to 1 product experiences that make security clear, usable, and trustworthy for individuals and businesses alike. You’ll own complex problem spaces end to end—partnering closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define problems, explore opportunities, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with both customer needs and business strategy.
Within the team, you’ll be designing the tools that allow businesses to embrace AI agents and LLMs without losing control of their data or put their privacy and security at risk. You'll be defining the mental models and holistic experience for how humans supervise autonomous systems, building AI discovery tools, and designing intuitive and modern ways to surface security insights that help IT and security teams spot AI-driven risk.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What you will do:
- Own the design of significant product areas or features from discovery through delivery, driving clarity and alignment across cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape roadmaps, define success metrics, and deliver cohesive experiences.
- Advocate for customer needs and inclusive, accessible design practices while balancing security, technical, and business constraints.
- Share work early and often, facilitating critiques and discussions that strengthen design quality and decision-making.
- Maintain a high bar for design quality, usability, and consistency across surfaces and platforms.
- Mentor and support more junior designers through feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes, tools, and AI-assisted workflows to improve team effectiveness.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, influencing decisions through storytelling and evidence.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company
- You have hands-on experience using agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP-based tools) and understand how AI can interact with codebases and APIs
- You can reduce the "chaos" of multi-agent orchestration into a coherent, manageable user experience
- Proficiency in Figma is a given, but you also have an interest in, or experience with, Figma AI/Make, Cursor, and the underlying mechanics of how AI-generated UIs are shifting the design-to-code pipeline
- A portfolio of recent project work demonstrating your craft, design process, impact to users and business results
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Content Design, and User Research to explore, develop, and ship your designs
- Strong product thinking and ability to make informed decisions with user research, data and a clear point of view
- Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Strong ownership, ability to work independently and growth mindset
- Strong interest and/or experience in cyber security and/or SaaS products
Bonus points for:
- Experience designing for developer, security, privacy, enterprise, or highly regulated products
- Familiarity with the AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar standards for agent-to-tool communication
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and experimentation
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems
- Curiosity about cybersecurity and the role of design in building trust and confidence
What you can expect:
