About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Strategy Analyst to join our RevOps Insights team at 1Password, focusing on Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics and insights. This role is embedded within the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization to support teams in driving upsell and new business.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary analytics partner to GTM leadership
→Deliver high-impact analyses and dashboards for executive decision-making
→Define, govern, and track GTM KPIs aligned with company goals
→Write optimized SQL queries and build dbt models
→Design and develop dashboards in Salesforce and Looker
→Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions
→Lead analytics initiatives from scoping through delivery
→Work directly with GTM executives to diagnose process bottlenecks

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions in SaaS or GTM environment
✓5+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries and building dbt models
✓Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and stakeholders
✓Expertise with visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau
✓Familiarity with revenue technology software
✓Strong foundation in statistics and probability concepts
✓Track record of managing multiple projects and delivering measurable impact
