About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our AI & Developer team at 1Password, focused on empowering developers to deeply integrate with our platform and deliver secure, high-quality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Enable best-in-class developer experiences across terminal workflows, infrastructure secrets, APIs, and AI integrations
- →Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Partnerships to ship impactful developer tools
- →Drive cross-functional product strategy and execution
- →Engage directly with customers and partners to understand how 1Password can embed into AI-driven and developer workflows
- →Translate high-level themes into actionable roadmaps and research initiatives
- →Drive improvements to our infrastructure secrets strategy
- →Contribute to developer evangelism efforts
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- ✓Experience leading major initiatives in Developer Tools, Integrations, Security, or Web APIs
- ✓Technical fluency and comfort engaging in deep architectural discussions
- ✓Hands-on familiarity with coding
- ✓Experience building developer-facing products with measurable business impact
- ✓Familiarity with modern AI coding tools and emerging agentic AI architectures
- ✓Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability
- ✓Experience balancing multiple high-priority initiatives
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with web standards, APIs, microservices architecture, and infrastructure concepts
