About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our rapidly growing B Corp-certified Corporate Services Group. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded individual who can thrive in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management information
→Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expenses
→Ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets
→Assist with preparation and audit of annual financial statements in compliance with FRS102
→Oversight of cash reporting and managing rolling cash forecasting
→Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
→Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory tax requirements
→Provide insight on scalable financial systems and processes

Requirements

✓Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 2-3 years post-qualification experience
✓Previous experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role, ideally within a fast-growing start-up/scale-up
✓Practical working knowledge of UK GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
✓Experience in balance sheet accounting, revenue recognition, and working capital optimisation
✓Experience assisting audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting
✓Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
✓Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
