247.ai is seeking skilled and customer-focused International Customer Support Specialists to support a global client base. In this role, you will assist international customers via voice, chat, and email, resolve product and service issues, handle queries related to orders, billing, and shipments, and ensure an excellent customer experience across time zones. You’ll document interactions in CRM systems, collaborate with internal teams, and escalate complex cases when required. Adapting communication styles for diverse cultures and maintaining service quality are key to success.
✅ Key Requirements: • 0–5 years experience in customer support (international exposure preferred) • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) • Strong problem-solving, multitasking & CRM skills • Flexible, proactive, and customer-centric mindset
