About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager Digital to join our team at 2Brains, a technology consulting firm driving growth and evolution for leading organizations in Latin America. This role focuses on leading the execution and governance of complex digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the operational and evolutionary backlog, ensuring proper prioritization and simultaneous execution of initiatives.
- →Define and maintain governance frameworks, tracking processes, reporting, and risk management.
- →Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA, and external vendors.
- →Facilitate agile ceremonies and alignment spaces between business and technology.
- →Manage dependencies, priority conflicts, and scope changes in high-complexity environments.
- →Ensure compliance with dates, milestones, and commitments of the digital roadmap.
Requirements
- ✓Management of complex digital projects in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- ✓Project governance, operational control, and risk management.
- ✓Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- ✓Experience in e-commerce, retail, or large-scale digital platform contexts (desirable).
- ✓Functional English for collaboration with international teams, especially technical ones.
