About the Role
We are looking for a UI Designer to join our team at 2Brains, a technology consulting firm that drives growth and evolution for leading organizations in Latin America. The UI Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-quality user interfaces, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and proper application of the Design System.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design interfaces with focus on visual consistency, accessibility, and execution quality.
- →Create, maintain, and evolve components of the Design System.
- →Identify reusable patterns and opportunities for visual standardization.
- →Document design decisions, rules, guidelines, and best practices of the design system.
- →Audit existing interfaces and propose improvements without breaking defined guidelines.
- →Support product and development teams in the correct use of the Design System.
- →Participate in design reviews, cross-feedback, and team ceremonies.
- →Conduct benchmarks and comparative analyses to raise visual standards.
- →Collaborate in handoff with development, ensuring faithful implementation of the design.
Requirements
- ✓UI design with focus on usability, visual consistency, and execution quality.
- ✓Design Systems: creation, maintenance, and evolution.
- ✓Systemic thinking applied to components and reusable patterns.
- ✓Documentation of design decisions (rationales, rules, guidelines).
