About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join 2U, the parent company of edX. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding our high-volume "Bronze" client segment, acting as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Meet or exceed annual target for renewals and expansion revenue within your assigned book of business
- →Manage the end-to-end renewal process, from initial outreach and negotiation to final contract execution
- →Monitor account health and engagement metrics to identify "at-risk" customers early
- →Conduct regular commercial "check-ins" to uncover business needs
- →Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM (Salesforce)
- →Utilize automation and scaled communication tools to effectively manage a high volume of accounts
Requirements
- ✓3-4 year business related qualification
- ✓5+ years account management or business development experience in a B2B environment
- ✓Experience dealing with and influencing high senior executives
- ✓Ability to multitask, manage projects and work under pressure
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation skills and creativity
- ✓New business development or Account Management experience
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Basic data analysis skills
- ✓Willingness to travel internationally & domestically
- ✓Driver's license
