About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join 2U, the parent company of edX. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding our high-volume "Bronze" client segment, acting as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Meet or exceed annual revenue targets for renewals and expansion within your assigned book of business
- →Manage the end-to-end renewal process, from initial outreach to contract execution
- →Monitor account health and engagement metrics to identify at-risk customers
- →Conduct regular commercial check-ins to uncover business needs
- →Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM (Salesforce)
- →Utilize automation tools to manage a high volume of accounts
Requirements
- ✓3-4 year business-related qualification
- ✓5+ years of account management or business development experience in a B2B environment
- ✓Experience dealing with and influencing high senior executives
- ✓Ability to multitask, manage projects, and work under pressure
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- ✓Basic data analysis skills
- ✓Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
- ✓Driver's license
