About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist III to lead analytical research, machine learning, and data science initiatives across various business lines at 2U. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, designing technical solutions, and delivering impactful data science projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead statistical analysis, reporting, and visualization to support business decision-making
- →Manage end-to-end technical delivery of data science projects/models across all business lines
- →Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the success of data science solutions
- →Collaborate with engineers and ML engineers on productionization efforts
- →Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to project planning
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, mathematics, etc.)
- ✓5-10 years of experience in data science or related role
- ✓Track record of delivering production-grade machine learning models
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- ✓Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
- ✓Advanced SQL skills
- ✓Strong understanding of applied statistics
- ✓Experience with data visualization tools
- ✓Familiarity with data engineering concepts
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills
