Introduction to the Team & Role
Our Mobile team is organized into 3 squads, 2 feature squads, and 1 technical squad, supported by an Engineering Manager and Technical Leads. Together, they execute on an ambitious roadmap in close coordination with 10+ web product squads to deliver a seamless experience and reinforce our leadership in collaborative learning.
As the platform scales to meet growing product and technical ambitions, the team faces exciting challenges, including expanding a portfolio of over 160 custom apps while strengthening scalability, maintainability, and technical foundations.Β
To support this journey, we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery and execution across mobile squads. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business, translating strategy into execution while ensuring alignment, smooth coordination, reduction of technical debt, and high-quality delivery of features and apps across multiple teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Other key initiatives ahead include a full UI revamp and evolution of the Mobile Design System, the launch of a modern single-page Player with Kotlin MultiPlatform (KMP) migration, new client-facing web features for managing custom app requests, and the integration of AI-powered capabilities across the mobile ecosystem.
Within 1 month, you will:

Get onboarded on our mobile ecosystem, team structure, and current roadmap.
β’
Build a clear understanding of ongoing projects, delivery processes, and squad dynamics.
β’
Establish relationships with key stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and business.
β’
Gain visibility into current priorities, risks, and dependencies across the mobile squads.
Within 3 months, you will:
β’
Take ownership of delivery coordination across all mobile squads (2 feature squads and 1 technical squad).
β’
Implement and refine a clear execution framework to ensure predictable and transparent delivery.
β’
Start managing roadmap arbitration across multiple product streams, balancing priorities and capacity.
β’
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination needs
β’
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, aligning on timelines, trade-offs, and delivery expectations.
Within 6 months, you will:
β’
Fully own the mobile delivery lifecycle, from planning to execution and continuous improvement.
β’
Establish strong prioritization frameworks to support decision-making across stakeholders.
β’
Lead technical impact assessments for incoming initiatives, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
β’
Improve delivery processes to increase team efficiency, autonomy, and quality.
β’
Strengthen collaboration between mobile, backend, and frontend teams.
Within 12 months, you will:
β’
Drive operational excellence across the mobile organization with scalable and efficient delivery practices.
β’
Contribute to the evolution of the mobile platformβs technical foundations and long-term strategy.
β’
Enable the successful delivery of key initiatives (UI revamp, new Player, KMP migration, AI features).
β’
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the squads.
β’
Be recognized as a strategic partner to leadership, helping shape roadmap decisions and execution at scale.
The Skill Set:
β’
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management
β’
Strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle (iOS / Android) with ideally a background in mobile engineering and/or mobile development
β’
Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams or technical projects (e.g platform teams, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines or DX)
β’
Strong prioritization and roadmap management skills.
β’
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and show great communication skills
β’
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
