About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team at 360Learning. This role plays a key role in onboarding new customers and managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kick off to go-live
- →Define the 360Learning platform architecture for clients based on learner personas and organizational structure
- →Drive project management and facilitate integrations, APIs, and 3rd party apps
- →Guide customers through onboarding to ensure successful deployment of their new learning platform
- →Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
- →Understand our product offering through training
- →Master our platform and support clients on basic requests
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role
- ✓Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
- ✓Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
- ✓Solution-oriented and client-first mindset
- ✓Ability to adapt to different audiences and reduce complexity for less technical stakeholders
- ✓Organized, able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- ✓Strong presentation skills, especially to executive sponsors
- ✓Expected to be available for client and larger team meetings with up to 5% travel time annually
