We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at 3Pillar Global. This role involves architecting transformative solutions and collaborating with industry leaders on projects that redefine urban living, media, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze data integrity challenges, investigate issues, and perform root cause analysis
- →Facilitate communication with client stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations
- →Craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality client code
- →Participate in planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools
- →Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients
- →Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards
- →Promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers
- →Engage in agile software development including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- →Mentor others through Communities of Practice and support technical growth
- →Independently drive project delivery from conceptualization to deployment
Requirements
- ✓Experience designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
- ✓Proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS
- ✓Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements
- ✓Expertise in optimizing system performance and troubleshooting issues
- ✓Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- ✓Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and SOLID principles
- ✓High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate
- ✓Experience creating well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems
- ✓Initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers
- ✓Familiarity with OWASP and proficiency in English
